Initial communications with our prospective clients involves determining a budget, scope and schedule for a project. Our experience helps to assist with value engineering, working backward from an desired project budget suggesting ways to cut costs without compromising the design intent. We are often engaged to provide generic material samples and budgets even before entertaining a final bid. This leads to our many negotiated contracts and repeat business through ongoing client relationships.
Once we are awarded a project, our management team’s primary goals are to determine the designer’s specific intentions with regard to quality level, desired materials and product functionality. Next, we coordinate with or develop an overall project schedule. We inform all parties of any discrepancies we find, long-lead items, alternates or scheduling conflicts that may be anticipated. All of our employees take their professional responsibilities seriously and work diligently with all construction trades to achieve a successful project.
